An MMA tree grows in Brooklyn! By Eric Joza
Brooklyn, NY-April 30th, 2005 - A rainy night in NYC could not put a damper on Mark Negron’s first show dubbed "Battle of Brooklyn" held at the world famous Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn NY. Despite a few last minute cancellations and some bout re-organization the "Battle of Brooklyn" proved to be a crowd pleasing, entertaining event.

There was good music (thanks to the boys of the "Blue Collar" band) and 12 action packed matches. We had all the elements of MMA present with the combination of Freestyle Sambo, San Da and Kick Boxing matches on the card.
